What are your hours of operation?

We are open from 7:30am-5:30pm Monday through Friday.

What qualifications do your staff have?

All teachers are licensed through EEC which is our state licensor. They are also certified annually in CPR and First Aid, trained in Medication Administration and Safe Sleep Practices for Infants, and receive 20 hours of Professional Development Training per year.

Do you do background checks on your staff?

Yes. All staff receive a CORI, DCF and SORI background check and are fingerprinted every three years.

Do you follow the public school calendar?

No. We are open year round with the exception of major holidays. We try very hard to stay open on “Snow Days” as we realize that families do still have to work. In the event that road conditions are too treacherous, we may decide to close or open late. In that case, you may call the Center by 7am or visit our Facebook page that morning.

What age children does your Center serve?

Children may start as early as 8 weeks through 5 years. Once your child is enrolled, you are guaranteed a slot for the next age group up until your child leaves for Kindergarten.

Do you provide before and after school care?

No. Unfortunately the Barnstable and Mashpee schools do not provide transportation to our Center.

What are your rates?

Rates vary depending on the age of the child and how many days per week they attend. A two day minimum is required.  Tuition is based on an 8.5 hour day with an additional hourly rate after that time. Upon enrolling, a $40.00 registration fee is required as well as a one week’s deposit. The deposit is applied towards your last week’s tuition.

Do you provide lunch and snacks for Toddlers and Preschool children?

Yes, we provide a healthy morning and afternoon snack with milk or water. Parents provide lunch with a drink.  We have microwaves to reheat food as an alternative to sandwiches, if you prefer.

What do I need to supply for my baby?

Parents supply all pre-made bottles, food, diapers and wipes. We supply crib sheets, bibs, and utensils.

Can I call to check on my child during the day?

Absolutely! We welcome it!

Do the children go outside?

Yes! We have two large, fenced in playgrounds. One is for Toddlers, the other for Preschool. They go outside, weather permitting, for a half hour in the morning and a half hour in the afternoon. (We also have an indoor gross motor room for inclement days.)
